Composer by Transmit ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI email building platform.

Information We Collect

Account Information

We use Clerk for authentication. When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. We use this to provide our services and manage your subscription.

LLM API Keys

In BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) mode, you provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API keys. These keys are stored as metadata in your Clerk profile to enable generation. We do not store these keys on our own servers.

Email Templates

The content you generate using Composer is processed by the respective LLM providers (OpenAI/Anthropic). We do not store your generated email content long-term unless you explicitly save it to a future dashboard feature.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption for all data in transit. Our architecture is edge-native, minimizing the attack surface.
